Stress and work

Hello everybody! Today I am going to talk about stress and their relation with work.
Nowadays all the people say that is stressed, but what mean to be stressed?
The experts say that the stress is a physiology condition of the organism. Is a mechanism of defense to confront a menacing situation.
The stress is a natural answer for survival, but in some cases converts it in pathology.
About this reason is very important that we recognized this signs and we made the appropriate changes in our life.
What are the stressful factors that trigger the stress? Well the most important are the external factors as pressure group or frustration. In addition, we find other factors very important like the responsibility in the work and the decisions that the people must take in their jobs.
And what are the common symptoms that you can perceive in a stress? We have a long list with different symptoms. Some of them are:

- Headache
- Nauseas
- Stomachache
- Indigestion
- Hypersensitivity
- Low concentration
- Nervous habit
- Insomnia
And hold on

All these symptoms can get involve and develop a clinic profile that we know stress.
The stress we can saw in the work. The people in high positions have the conflict between the need of result and the necessary resources for obtain them, mainly time and money.
And the employees have the pressure to make a good work, efficient and productive.

If you have stress you need make some changes in your life and overcoat to BE HAPPY!

    I think stress is a response to the high demands of modern life but it is in ourselves that allow us to engage relax and enjoy life.
