Today I am going to talk about topic that is very common listen it in the media, but maybe you do not know very well. This is the healthy lifstyle.
First of all we need to know the meaning of concept. A healthy lifstyle is the group of behaviors that reduce the risk to get into a sick as suitable control, exercises, a diet based in vegetals and fruits and avoid the substance like nicotine, caffeine and alcohol.
All this behaviors must put in practice of consistent way and keep in the daily.
If you want have a healthy lifstyle in first place you have to be convinced that you want and need to change. This is the point more important in the process.
In second place you need to change some topics in your life of progressive way as the nutrition that must to be low in calories and fats and high in fibers, vegetals, fruits, omega 3 and 6 (fishes) and so on.
Other example is the exercice that must to begin the gentle way. Ideally is that you begin with a exercice of low impact.
About my own experience I said you that the healthy lifstyles ever give us many benefits. For example I go to the gym twice per week and in a short time I noticed the first changes in my body, in my mind and in my energy.
For this raison I invite you to change your lifstyles for a healthy lifstyle.
