Gender role in health care

Hello everybody! Today I’m going to talk about gender role in health care.
For decades the differences between men and women in the area of health was very evident overcoat in the salaries and in the responsibilities assigned. But with the revolution and for the fight of the women, these differences have gone reduce.
In the old days my career was only for women because the society considered that this work could do only the women. Nowadays this idea is changing in all the areas of heath. Specifically in my career in this last time the admission the men every year is in increase as well as other careers like medicine and nursing.
About the professional development in our career as much men as women have the same work camp and the same opportunities for development them in the different areas that offer our career. The same thing happens in the responsibilities because the programs of the subjects are direct to give us all the tools and abilities to be good professionals.
In the salaries I don’t know if exist difference between women and men. In my opinion this differences should not exist.
Finally about kind of patients in my point of view I think that this depend of every professional. Personality, I prefer attend all kind of patients especially the people with problems.
